The City of Fulton is a traditional, small river town located on the Mississippi River in Whiteside County Illinois. The city has a population of 3,881 people according to the 2000 Census and covers an area of 2.3 square miles.
Fulton is a city most known for its pride in its Dutch heritage. This is shown through the addition of a traditional Dutch windmill, located near the city's dike, which borders the Mississippi. Other local attractions include: the Martin House Museum, Heritage Canyon, the Dutch Days festival held annually on the first weekend of May, and of course its great view of the river.

Water Bills can be paid at anytime by using the drop box on the west side of the building.
