Kiwanis Members Lead Salvation Army Fundraising

            The leadership of Reverend Thomas Merchant and Charles Dykstra were extremely effective this holiday season. Four bell ringer locations produced $3,538.48. The Kiwanians raised an additional $1,263.79 at the intersection of Hwys 136 and 84 on November 28. First Christian Reformed Church members provided added support for a combined total of $5105.00

            All the money remains locally with the River Bend Ministerial Association. Families in crisis are assisted with counseling, care and vouchers, as needed.
