Cost:  $5.00 meal or $2 for an extra sandwich 

Details:  Pork chop or chicken breast sandwich, chips and beverages - $5.00.  Extra sandwiches cost $2.  For orders of 10 or more, please fax order the morning of the lunch by 10:00 a.m. to 815-589-3694.
