4th Ward - Unexpired 2 year term (Incumbent Randy Boonstra)

September 21, 2010 - 1st day to circulate nomination papers

Filing dates are December 13th at 8:00am through December 20, 2010 at 4:00pm.

Filing requirements:

• Statement of Candidacy

• Completed Nominating Petition* to be signed by the candidate before a notary

• Loyalty Oath (optional)

• Stamped "filed"  receipt of Statement of Economic Interest

*Nominating Petitions may be circulated for signatures by any person over the age of 18; they are not required to live in the ward or even the City of Fulton.

Nomination Petitions for Alderperson must be signed by registered voters residing in the same ward as the Alderman candidate.
