Overview

Fulton is located in Northwest Illinois (Whiteside County) and situated between US Route 30 & Highway 84 along the Mississippi River.   We are only 10 miles south of the Thomson Correctional Facility along Highway 84. Population 3,881 (2000 Census Data)
