The Great River Trail is fun year round.  During the winter, it is also a great place for cross country skiing and snow shoeing.  Sections of this route are even marked with special signs for snowmobiling.  The area along Fulton's Mississippi River levee is wonderful for a scenic view and sledding, as well.
