THE HISTORY OF THE NINE-FOOT CHANNEL IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER program will be presented by Jerry Jackson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is a Clinton native and will share his personal memories and research on the Lock & Dam # 13.  

The Fulton (Martin House) Museum is located at 707 10th Avenue, a beautiful red brick house with a wrap-around front porch with pristine white railing. It sits high on the hill, nestled among mature trees. and has a stone retaining wall spanning the length of the frontage along 10th Avenue. Programs are presented at the Fulton (Martin House) Museum, which is located at 707 10th Avenue, on the third Sunday of each month, starting at 2:00 PM, and are free. Light refreshments are served. (Note: The north entrance of the museum is handicap accessible.)
