A. Ordinance to Amend the Date and Time of Regular Meetings of the City Council (pages 14-16)

Summary: Meetings of the regular City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at the hour of 5:30 p.m. – beginning with the month of November, 2017.

B. Fulton Township Request to obtain Wi-Fi Connection from the City’s I-Fiber Line

D. Create Ordinance to Advertise the Sale of the RFCC Building

E. 3rd Ave and 6th Street Road Repairs

Summary: Funding to cover road repairs with income from the 2012C Bond and additional funds needed, coming from the MFT Fund.

F. One-Way Alley (Fulton Retail Development Group)

Summary: To approve one-way alley going east from 4th Street, 75 feet, between 11th and 12th Avenue.

G. Capital Fixed Assets

Summary: To establish a $5000 minimum “limit” as a Capitol Fixed Asset Purchase
(Recommended by Wipfli Audit Firm)

H. Awesometown Special Use Permit

Summary: Renew special use permit for Awesometown to allow concerts and other activities in a residential area.
