C.  Approve topographical survey in the amount of approximately $31,000 for the downtown revitalization improvements (page 37)

D.  Approve a Resolution providing an Inducement to Dan Dolan regarding a redevelopment project in the City of Fulton (pages 38-39)

E.  Approve moving forward to amend ordinance to “ban or prohibit” leaf burning within the city limits.

F.  Approve employee Christmas bonuses in the amount of $200 for full time employees and $100 for part time employees, that work more than 20 per week.
