Summary: A resolution will need to be established to continue to conduct corporate authorization of daily banking business. The city needs to maintain four signatures to certain bank accounts and lock boxes. Agent signatures will be limited to all or some of the following:checking accounts,loan accounts,deposit or shared accounts, and check endorsing. 2 forms of identificat ion, social secur ity number and phone number will be required by the financial institution.
