  1. Ordinance Authorizing Sale of Municipally Owned Real Estate (pages 4-14} Summary: Approves sale of 5 acres in the Industrial Center to Eastern Iowa Propane
    1. Dangerous Building

Summary: Contract for $6,000 with Jeff Spencer to demo dangerous building at 1516 4th Street

  1. Drive's Building Roof Repair

Summary:  Clarification on fund monies used for Drive's Building roof repair

  1. Ordinance Authorizing Rezoning within the City of Fulton (pages 15-16)

 

Summary : Approves rezoning of the property located at 2423 4th Street (south side addition) owned by Todd Mueller, to be rezoned from Business District to Industrial District

Summary: Adds additional oversight by City Council,Marina Committee appointment authority to Mayor, appeal procedures, and fee structure

Summary: Justin Thoms would like to purchase the 2.19 acre city-owned lot on 22"d Ave to relocate and expand Great River Gymnastics

  1. Financial and Agent Signers to Conduct Daily Banking Authorizations for the City of Fulton

 

Summary: A resolution will need to be established to continue to conduct corporate authorization of daily banking business. The city needs to maintain four signatures to certain bank accounts and lock boxes. Agent signatures will be limited to all or some of the following:checking accounts,loan accounts,deposit or shared accounts, and check endorsing. 2 forms of identificat ion, social secur ity number and phone number will be required by the financial institution.
