A. Ordinance #1549 Authorizing the Acquisition of a certain parcel of Real Property by City of Fulton (pages 14-15)
Summary: Authorization to acquire the Ludvigsen property at 1516 4th Street, Fulton. City would pay $1605.69 in outstanding taxes on the property and be responsible to a portion of the 2016 taxes due (Est. at $786). The City would then have clear title to the property and can proceed with demolition.

B. Ordinance #1550 Authorizing a variance of certain property within the city of Fulton pursuant to the revised Zoning Ordinance (pages 16-17)
Summary: Ordinance to allow Eddie L. Wosoba, 506 16th Ave., a variance to build a carport on the properties line. Recommended by Zoning Board of Appeals and granted by City Council on October 3, 2016.

C. Sale of 5 acres in the Fulton Industrial Center
Summary: Eastern Iowa Propane requests the City sell 5 acres at $15,000/acre ($75,000) in the southwest corner of the Industrial Center

A. Emergency Dewatering Contract (pages 18-21)
Summary: Heavy-duty dewatering equipment is needed to complete emergency repairs of the sanitary sewer line break on 4th St by the Marina entrance. The collapse occurred on Tuesday, October 4th; a high ground-water level is causing the excavated walls to collapse creating unsafe conditions for PW staff and is preventing repairs. Funds will be used from water/sewer/new/rebuild infrastructure (available balance $44,025).

C. Rezoning of Property located at 2423 4th Street within the City of Fulton, Illinois, owned by Todd Mueller (pages 30-35)
Summary: Todd Mueller is petitioning to grant rezoning of property located at 2423 4th Street, Fulton, IL. This would include Lots 2 & 3 of Block 12. Said property is currently zoned “Single Family.” Mr. Mueller requests a rezoning to “Industry”, in order to construct a Pole Shed for personal use and rental space.
