Summary: Variance for Warren Juist - allowing a 1-foot setback since the width of his property is 48 feet. Purpose: for building a new garage.

B. Ordinance Directing the Sale of Real Estate Owned by the City of Fulton (pages 14-16)

Summary: The Corporate Authorities of the City of Fulton have determined that it is in the best interests of the City of Fulton to offer the Real Estate for sale known as the Robert Fulton Community Center

C. Amendment to License to use Space in a City Building (pages 17-18)

Summary: Amendment to License for the RFCC due to increase area and rent increase

E. Illinois Rural Water Association Conference

Summary: Illinois Rural Water Association Conference in Rockford, IL. Attendees will be Dale Green and new employee Jason Kuehl. Conference dates - October 24 and 25, 2017. Price will include conference fees/lodging/meals. Approximate cost $500 - $600.
