1.         Public Input & Presentations

 

A. Request to proceed with plans to pave Progress Drive using Funds from TIF. Low bid is $105,000 from Erickson Paving. The plan for Progress Drive included paving during this year. The road is the entrance to our Industrial Center and currently serves one of the largest sales tax and use tax businesses in Fulton. Next meeting would be a motion to allow payment of project from TIF Fund 21 (pages 1-3)

B. Request from Jude Holesinger to allow signage to be installed at flower plots on South 4th Street.

C. Forward Financial Guidance (page 4)

D. Mayor’s Appointments for 2020/2021

E. Council/Mayor Proclamation endorsing the IML’s 11 region “Rebuild Illinois” that was submitted to Governor Pritzker (pages 5-7)
