  • Approve Meeting Minutes from Nov. 27, 2023 (pages 3-5)
  • Approve Council Special Meeting Minutes from Dec. 16, 2023 (page 6)
  • Approve the Bill List (pages 7 - 24)

No Action Items.

Committee of the Whole – Discussion

  • Continue the discussion on hiring of a Code Enforcement Officer. Everyone should have had time to review the IPMC from Chief Neblung provided at the Nov. 27 meeting.
  • Continue the discussion on the new generator for City Hall. No discussion at this time until we determine the building necessities.
  • The Senior Center is now in the hands of the Mayor. She will keep everyone updated as needed.
  • Liquor Licenses work is now being done by the appointed Liquor Committee. Let’s begin a schedule to meet once a month to start either the 2nd or 4th Monday at 8:00 a.m. Discussion will be held on this decision.
  • Budget meeting times to be determined. Tammy will address this.
  • Discussion to be held regarding City Hall building repairs.
