            A.  Ordinance Vacating Part of Fifth Avenue Between its Intersection With Sixth Street and Eighth Street in the City of Fulton. Township is also requesting that said property be “Gifted”, all fees will be the responsibility of the Township. (pages 35- 38)

            B.  Approve Allocations of Funds to pay for the 14th Avenue ADA Update by State of Illinois in the amount of $8395. This will cover manhole and valve box adjustments. (pages 39 -45)

            C.  Accept the Bid for the 8th Street Project from Porter Brothers Construction in the amount of $325,062.85. (page 46)

            D.  Ordinance Amending Chapter 111, Entitled Alcoholic Beverages, to allow sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. the following day. (pages 47-48)
