B.  Request for a Variance for the Purpose of Erecting a Fence in the Front Yard,     located at 1018 12th Avenue. Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant the Variance          and recommends the council to approve. (pages 32-40)

 C.  Street Closures for the “CACC Fulton Cohorts”. Dates will be July 20th, August 10th, and October 2nd all of 2021. Activities will be for the “Totally Tuesday Events”      and a fitness competition at the upcoming “Fall Festival”. (page 41)

 D.  Accept Bids for the Electric Aggregation Rates

  E.  Approve Funds from Water/Sewer Depreciation Fund in the amount of     $15,465.00 for the purchase of a new pump for storm water removal.
