Administrator Clark went through each budget line item for the entire city’s different funds. He stated that everything was balanced in the budget without borrowing from any reserves. Capitol items in water and sewer were discussed, with plans on getting quotes and interest rates for a backhoe and ¾ ton vehicle. A mower was also included in park capitals.
