Spotlight on Fulton: WHBF - TV, Channel 4

Thank you Kelley Bowles, Reporter for Channel 4 in the Quad Cities, WHBF - TV, for all the time you spent in Fulton and featuring us for the first "Spotlight on the Community" series for 2019!  Kelley's profesionalism and interest in what makes Fulton "what it is".  She really captured the tremendous pride that the residents and business people have for Fulton, and she was able to show the top-notch hospitality that visitors to Fulton would experience.

There's a display of windmills in Fulton that you can't find anywhere else in the world. It's so special that the city even built the Windmill Cultural Center just to house these elaborate models.
